Description:	The bench mark is a disk set on a rod located 58.22 m (191.0 ft) north of bench mark 941 5020 M TIDAL, 4.57 m (15.0 ft) north of the centerline of the road leading to Point St. Joseph Fish Company Pier, and 2.44 m (8.0 ft) west of an orange NOS fiberglass witness post. The bench mark is set 15 cm (0.5 ft) below the ground, crimped to the top of a stainless steel rod driven 2.41 m (7.9 ft) to absolute refusal, covered by an aluminum access cover, and protected by a concrete sleeve.
